Loan Administration Specialist I

Location: Durango, CO

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 Per Hour

Bank Loan Administrator Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the loan process within Four Corners Community Bank and performs a variety of administrative functions necessary to support the relationship management of the commercial lending portfolio. This role is essential for ensuring that loans are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Loan Processing: Oversee the entire loan application process from submission to approval, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to lending.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate and interact with customers.
  • Monitoring: Track loan repayments and manage delinquencies, providing support to borrowers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in loan administration or a related financial role (usually 2-3 years).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in loan management software and Microsoft Office is necessary.
