Meet Your Durango Market PresidentShawn Candelaria joined Four Corners Community Bank in 2015 with over 20 years of lending experience. Before joining FCCB, Shawn, a native of western Colorado, was market president at First Southwest Bank in Durango, Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado, and attended Norwest College of Commercial Credit. As Durango market president, Shawn manages the bank’s growth and development of commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Durango market. He primarily specializes in small business and commercial lending, and investment financing. He especially enjoys building relationships, sharing his knowledge of the Durango and La Plata County markets with his customers, and helping them build and grow their businesses and real estate portfolios. Shawn is a current board member of Heritage Camps for Adoptive Families; he is a former board member of Homes Fund, The Community Foundation Serving Southwest Colorado, The Hundred Club of Durango, the Durango Wine Experience, Durango Trails, and the United Way of Southwest Colorado. Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and nearly anything outdoors, including all types of cycling, golfing, camping, skiing, and fishing.
